Just so you know, Shira, most women charge him to watch.
OK, so today was the failed field trip from hell. Salvaged only by 1) gorgeous temps in the 70s and 2) cake at the end of the day. Cake makes everything better.
Now I have to face all the paperwork that piled up in my absence. I'll need more cake.

Posted: 2/11/09 at 3:30pmEh. It was one of those outward-bound "team building" things with a few kumbaya moments built in. Otherwise known as the "My God is Spring Break ever going to get here, these kids are bouncing off the walls trip". Since the weather was lovely today we were able to take them out on our own fields (we sit on 40 acres)and while we didn't have ziplines and such, the fact that we were outside in short sleeves instead of inside behind desks was ok by them. And there was the cake.
