Back from the ER and my mom's. She is OK. She had a scare, but needs to learn to take it a bit easier and learn to relax and just be.

A couple of IVs and some antibiotics and they released her. She has an infection, and will be going to her primary care physician tomorrow.

Whew!

I mentioned to my therapist that I had posted about the pause button thing, and he asked if I thought that might be interpreted as, "I'm having such a good time, I want to pause here for a moment."

For the record, that's not my intent.

I would like to "pause" for a week with no time lapse. I can hardly leave the firm for a day without some crisis, and the kids are still expecting to be clothed and fed!
