I am, I am. We drove by last night and they had a new sign, "Now Hiring, Opening Soon". While I weighed my options, because IHOP could have employment benefits (discounts, oh yeah!), I think I'll keep pursuing this new one.

I once went to a brand new Friendly's and it was horrible!! The waitstaff was awful, the food was eh. The manager wound up giving us a comp. Went back months later and it was great.
