It's not good for me. If I'm going to lose weight I might as well cut out all the of unhealthy stuff I do to my body. Like soda and coffee.

Hi all! Just a quick fly in to say hello. We have an all school retreat today so I'm out of the office until late afternoon.

MRIs went fine - no biggie. I'm so used to them by now that they're actually relaxing. Results on Friday.

Yeah, I've been trying every day for the past couple weeks for different Friday's, but didn't like the seats coming up. Same with the past couple days. Went in this morning, and voila!

I just remembered. I need to call to take my car in the shop. Again. When I came to work yesterday, my gas gauge was reading about 1/4 tank. When I left in the afternoon, it was fluctuating between 3/4 and full. I really didn't think someone came in and filled up the tank while the car was parked there all day. I always hit the Trip button when I get gas and that was at 247ish, so I knew I was needing to fill up. I was a little anxious on the way home, since I wasn't sure exactly how much was in there. When I finally got to a station, it cost me $31 and change, so yeah, definitely no where near full.
