Tink just be careful of those sites that post your resume' for companies to see....I heard of people who got fired because their companies found their resumes online.

Oh my company knows my resume is out there. They look up our names all the time and tell us (they don't have anything else better to do??????). I'm to the point where I don't care anymore.

Come on, Tink has more sense than that. Obviously you don't post at a site that companies search for new employees on if you are currently working and haven't given notice.

My company is having a lot of trouble right now, and a lot of people are leaving. They couldn't afford to lose anyone on the basis of them applying for jobs. A year or two ago maybe, but not now. I have no worries. My boss understands my frustrations and doesn't blame me.
