Addy - I love including as many others as possible. BUT, if we don't keep ourselves centered, it very quickly becomes imbalanced, and we spin completely out of orbit.

speaking of imbalanced - I am going HOME.

I have been in this office for almost 15 hours. I am going BLIND from looking at reports and this computer!

I NEED TO VENT

Why can't people follow simple instructions? Huh. I give plain, simple directios and I get the wildest responses.
AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGH.

I got an SOS e-mail today from a tech who takes care of the computers in one of the Family History Centers. I e-mailed he back exactly what he should do and who he should contact. He's new at this and I gave EXACTLY THE SAME info I've been giving him for over six months.

The protocol is very simple and I have been repeating it like a mantra to everyone for over a year and a half.

I cc'd everyone involved to see what was going on.

Tonight I get another e-mail from the core person who proceed to describe a plan of action which was completely not in accordance with the game plan.

Once again I repeated what he was supposed to do and cc'd everyone involved.

I dread what I will find in my e-mail tomorrow.

I wonder if RightSaidRick makes house calls this far away from the Big Apple...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH.

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?
