In regard to the creme brulee truffle: I agree completely.

As a gay man of a certain age, I have had many, many things in my mouth (single and double entendres intended), but I can honestly say very few of them have--if ANY--exploded with as much satisfying sweetness as that astonishing piece of candy from Cookie.
