I enjoy my creme brulee contained under a thin blanket of caramelized sugar and topped with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.

Those creme brulee truffles are the best! I would say that they are the most delicious thing that has ever been put in my mouth, but it would probably end up as someone's signature. So, I won't say it.
