Undi, let's go!
Haul out the passports!
...we need a little Paris now!
Oh, Paris is the perfect answer to everything!
Let's go this weekend. We'll be back in time for Wicked...
No! Don't stop!
Now that's an interesting choice of words, Addy... :)
This is where I lived when I was in Paris.
My friend is the owner so I was able to live there for practically nothing.
I think I need to move back.
rue de Lille
Ah! The jewel of Saint Chappelle...
*sigh*
see you later Undi!
Yes, the beautiful hidden jewel of Ste. Chappelle...

Addy - the d'Orsay was Robert's favorite thing in Paris - he says he really wants me to see it. I said OK - as long as he takes me to Giverny first
ok, I got the link to work for my apartment in Paris. I MISS IT!
*double sigh*
Hi everyone! I'm doing a Marquise and just running in and running out...
DG, my apartment was RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET from the museum.
*gasp* take me with you, Addy!!!

I have never been to Paris *sigh*
I can't wait to go and with all of you telling me where to go, I know I will be set :)
Cookie, you would die if you knew how little it cost me to live there...
Did you ever go to the candlelight concerts in Ste. Chappelle?

Addy - how long were you there?
Now quite a year. I could have stayed forever...
Mark (former love) was there on a project for work, and I was able to do some freelance projects for the ad agency I had worked with in NYC. But mostly I just played. I was a very happily 'kept' woman.
Except that it was MY connection that got us the Fab pad!
Addy: I'd die and melt into the ground...
LA: The best thing about Paris is actually not being told where to go at all. Just wandering about and discovering everything on your own. The most impressive things aren't the monuments or the places, but the quaint aspects of life there. The gentleman on the street at dusk on the Ile St-Louis bidding me "bon soir." Making one's way into the Place de Vosges from the tiny winding streets within. The smell of fresh bread and pastries from the local boulangerie...
Cookie, you are transporting me there with your words.
Addy: I didn't even know there were candlelit concerts in Ste. Chappelle.
I do remember hearing an impromptu string quartet playing the vaults of the old court at the Louvre... wonderful acoustics...

Cookie, that sounds good to me, I have friends that live right outside Paris so it will be nice to have someone who can speak for us!
The acoustics in the Louvre are surprisingly good.
Yes, the concerts in Ste. Chappelle are incredible! You MUST go to one the next time you go to Paris. Stunningly beautiful...
