I can't give up pasta, it's the italian in me, but I figure if I eat what I want, in moderation, and work my ass off in the gym, it will all balance out. That and alot of coke....umm I mean diet powder.

You're hardly a geezer SOMMS. Did anyone ever notice that the clothes at GAP are made for people with perfectly proportionate torso's and legs. When you've got long legs and a shorter torso the clothes don't look as good as they do on the dummies. Just something I noticed while shopping yesterday.

Yes we all love the gym. I mean where else can I see an 70 year old man's balls as he talks the stock market. The older guys get the more comfertable they feel walking around the locker room with their D!cks hanging out.
