Well he's pompas and he's a jerk.. He's been here less than a year and quite frankly has no idea what my job entails, but takes it upon himself to micro manage me.. I can take constructive criticism, as a matter of fact I welcome it. But he is mean spirited and seems to be trying to push me to my breaking point.. He doesn't listen to anything anyone says and doesn't read/take in what is communicated through email.
I guess I'm just tired of his snarky holier than though attitude. and I refuse to let someone talk down to me.. I have been really good about holding my temper but if he keeps up he's going to get it in full force.. Oh and did I mention the bastard has the audacity to make snarky comments about my doing theatre? It doesn't interfere with my job, yet he feels inclined to mention it and cop attitude about it.. WTF business is it of his what I do on my own time?
