It's cool here, but good god! Could it BE any more boring?
Good news is I have to call this new lady about a MUCH better job this afternoon...I guess it's a conflict of something to call a new job from your current one, eh?

This new job pays SO well, plus flexible overtime, as much as I want.

not eating is not good. when the body hits ketosis mode metabolism slows down. hence, less calories are burned during a stasis state.

smaller meals are smarter.

or frequent snacks during the day.

fruit, for instance.

and stay hydrated.
