This new job pays SO well, plus flexible overtime, as much as I want.
So I guess I *WILL* finally be able to fund my planned birthday cruise.

I can handle correspondence, filing, and internet surfing...

Plus, since I like to work in dark, dank places you'll save a lot on elecricity and heat.

not eating is not good. when the body hits ketosis mode metabolism slows down. hence, less calories are burned during a stasis state.

smaller meals are smarter.

or frequent snacks during the day.

fruit, for instance.

and stay hydrated.
