As one of the few adults around here who actually smoke - and because I TRULY think she's hysterical - I'll be Sheila
I'll join you for the one cig I allow myself at night, DG...
As part of our banter, I'd bum a cig from Sheila every night. So I guess I'll be bumming the cig from you now.
I don't always get to drop in here as much anymore but i would just like to extend a thank you for all the kind thoughts and words in the past couple days they are truly appreciated.
Kansas
Kansas! My thoughts are still with you and your family.
*Hug*
As long as I can be Zach.
Cookie
A Canadian Hug back eh! and thanks
I missed Kansas?!
Oh, I am so disappointed.
But, I'm still sending him a big, heartwarming hug!

Hi, Pip What you need is someone to administer mouth-to-mouth.

I'm sure you'll survive, Pip - you're a resourceful young man - or so we've heard.
Pip DG!!! How are you guys?
"so we've heard"?? Uh, oh...sounds like "someone" is telling tales out of school...
MOM!!! I'm great, how have you been??
Broadway Legend Joined: 12/31/69
Very well, Mom - and hope you have been, as well!
Pip - you never know who might spill the beans, do you?
I guess I DON'T...though the likely suspects are few...

Pip - I don't think you need to let him miss you - not yet, anyway
Hello, Beacon my dear!
We're off to the theatre - have a lovely evening. And Pip - GO HOME!
Everyone's going to the theater tonight...
Pip... I second DG and get home... paperwork will be there in the morning.
I missed Pip? I am so sad... maybe he'll surprise us with a visit today.
My horoscope for this miserable, rainy Friday:
Hel-LO, romance! If you don't have a hot date for tonight, find one immediately. Think way, way outside the box when planning your evening -- like demolition derby rather than dinner and a movie.
Thinking outside the box for me would actually BE dinner and a movie. My normal existence resembles a demolition derby...
Happy Friday to all.

An authority figure is breathing down your neck, and it's not helping an already stressful situation. Let them know you've got it under control, and tell them firmly when you'll get back to them.
Hmmm...can I use a stun gun when I do it?

Yes but unlike the rest of us, you can participlate in a demolition derby in pearls.
We saw Spamalot last night and I'm still laughing. I hope I stop laughing by the time we see Deborah Voight tonight.
beacon!
PalJoey, Glad you liked it! Who was in for Hank Azaria?
I saw Glengarry Glen Ross last night, and didn't love it. Liev Schreiber was out, and while the understudy was good, I was disappointed to miss the Tony winner! The production is well designed, and all the actors do a good job, but I just didn't like it. I can't believe it won the Best Revival Tony over 12 Angry Men or Virginia Woolf. It was a distant 3rd, in my opinion! I also am not a huge fan of the story - a depressing world, for sure! So, I appreciate being able to see it (and, again, all actors did a great job), but I didn't enjoy it.
Deborah Voight? Envious...
I see on her web site that Ms. V has new spanky blonde hair. An evening of Deborah singing Berg, how civilized. Have fun PJ!
