Between the bank person today and the sadomasochistic Dental Hygienist I dealt with yesterday, I haven't been too pleased with the level of customer service I've encountered of late! (self-edited to take out violent references!)

I am ready to put my head on my desk and take a nap...the system keeps freaking out...and I can't do anything when it's down.

But, I've not had to deal with banks or dental folks yet today so I count myself lucky.
