ON Tuesday, November 4th, 1980 I got my first filling.
It was, as you will all remember, one of the greatest days in American History. It was the day Ronald Reagan was first elected President.
After the dentist, I was standing in line with my mom as she waited to vote. The novacane started to itch and I stratched the skin on my cheek.
