Hi everyone! Its a rainy, drizzley day here...and definitely Chili weather. I'm gonna make some this weekend and serve it over rice with shredded cheese and sour cream...stomach problems be damned! :o) Actually it'll be a low-fat chili with low fat cheese and low fat sour cream...I'm not too much of a rebel.
