Bobby, so sorry to hear about your situation. Is your field something that is region specific? Are options available in other places??? My brother has been hunting furiously in our area and no luck...he's now expanding his area of search and trying to stay postive. Attitude really counts.

BTW: Wave at Northern Cal for me today. I really loved my time in Napa, Novato, Sea Ranch, and Santa Rosa in the mid-80s.

I have been an actor singer for 20 years and made my living at it....then I FELL into the job as a legal assistant....It was a GREAT job....then they regrouped and I got laid off. Legal Assistant jobs are plentiful, but most are looking for at LEAST 3 years experience. I have about 4 months....so Im screwed
