So - tonight is the big Diana Ross concert in LA. Can't wait for the full report.

...just got home. Have to deal with unpacking. And repacking. In the meantime, I'm procrastinating.. After all, it's 4am body time...why should I be motivated to go to bed?! Yikes...

Cookie, so far so good with keeping it all alive. I just got off the phone with John who was trying to get me to open a bottle of champagne to have a long distance toast with him. I am resisting temptation

It's always easier the first few days back... Resist the temptation! Otherwise, you'll have an open bottle of bubbly all your own, and you'll have to drink it all or let it all go flat... And do you really need a champers hangover tomorrow on the way to a Red State? :P

I am very good at resisting temptation. You'd be surprised!

And, no, a champers hangover would not be a good idea tomorrow...

However, you overlook one small solution, Cookie: don't open a big bottle. Just open a split. Not too much to drink, no leftovers to go flat... the perfect solution!

But, I am still resisting...
