you all are too kind -- I keep reminding myself that this tedium I am going through this week is a decent part of my bonus this year (assuming we get better results) -- so I'll put up with it --
although I do need to get out of the office -- 12 hours is too much for one day -- hell, in some countrues, that't too much for two days!

mom - but perhaps the lesson needed here is for Beacon to learn to trust her friends and family, or for the others to learn that terrorism is not the answer. As a parent, it sometimes is necessary to allow the child to find out that life can involve pain.
I can't believe I'm getting sucked into this little drama. I think I'll just continue to enjoy the simgle-malt I turned to in KMF's absence and enjoy the show - as an observer.

And short! I even opted out of going for drinks to just come home. Very happy!
Today was beyond nuts. My hair was on fire all day. But, the evening in Carnegie was glorious. And tomorrow is Friday.
