Kansas -- the in-flight entertainment starts once wehit the comfortable cruisng altitude -- right now we are just enjoying the pre-departure fun...one can;t be a part of the mile high club when parked at the gate!
and Boobs...your feeble attempt to act as an air traffic controller have no impact on this flight -- of course we can hold the flight until 4:20 so you can FLY WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
