I'm almost done with the baking, actually. I just baked everyone these delicious individual cakes. "Little Debbie Fudge Rounds" I call them. They're to die for.

BT - I have to get organized for Thanksgiving, also. I'll be baking on Wednesday. And I have the special recipe for the sweet potatoes...DE-LISH!
