BT - we're having a veal dish. My friend is doing the cooking, although I'd like to take over one of the side dishes so she doesn't have to do everything...

BT - I have to get organized for Thanksgiving, also. I'll be baking on Wednesday. And I have the special recipe for the sweet potatoes...DE-LISH!
