I drive 45 minutes North and I'm sitting in a Broadway theater...I can drive 20 minutes South and I'm sitting on a beach...45 minutes West and i'm surrounded by trees and mountains...I think I'll stay here.

KMF: Agreed about earthquakes! My whole family almost died in the one in 94'! I am still getting over it to this day.

As for LA moving to NY? I am all for it but for selfish reasons!
