BT, where are you that you have snow? I'm in upstate New York and the clouds look threatening but no white stuff yet.

I made another casserole using that Pasta Bake sauce with rotini and then covered with low-fat mozzarella cheese. There are soft rolls and a tossed salad with croutons and low-fat bleu cheese dressing...for dessert...I'm thinking a devils food cake with white frosting and chocolate shavings... This'll last me a few days. I love leftovers and not having to cook every night after work.

Laactress...the PastaBake Sauce (by Prego) was meatless. It was tomato, basel and garlic. There are kinds with meat but this sounded best tonight. :o)

I am putting off going over the props list for My Fair Lady. My friend and I still have to figure out how to do a smudgepot and to find a hurricane lamp to substitute for the alcohol burner that Higgins uses to show Eliza how to say her "h's"... This week is going to be such a bear trying to get things put together and then the production run.

Upside: My boss is gone to a regional meeting Tue-Fri so, after Monday I can spend the rest of the week playing post-vacation "catch up" in a quiet office.
