Actually yes it does.. I'm lucky not to have cramps very often but when I get then it's bad.. and that's what I do.. It works for a bunch of people I know too.. same with headaches! I have those all too often..

Thanks hun, I'll be sure to pick up some calcium pills tonight. I need it anyway since I've cut down on my dairy (except for cheese and said 0.5kilo of chocolate).
Ellie, no I don't agree at all. The reason is mainly because we've got a small Jewish community on here without a Hillel house or much of a definitive presence. (In the university's defense though, no one group has much of a presence aside from the leftist parties.) Unfortunately, our student society (the student body's "representatives") took it upon themselves to declare the university as taking a "pro-Palestinean stance", thus seemingly alienating our Jewish population.
This became more widely public once the largest newspaper in the city proclaimed my college as being anti-Semitic. But even our Jewish groups on campus deny it vehemently, and are afraid that this article will be what CAUSES friction between the Jews and non-Jews on campus! Oy.

Do you just start with a blank page, or do you map and plot every detail before you even start? Or do you just have a rough idea in your head where you're going? It's tough.
