yeah, i agree with the nervousness. after having spent 2 weeks cooped up with a 15-year-old boy (brother), i know what they can be like. 1) he was awkward and nervous around you, and didn't know how to act. when they get nervous, they clam up. 2) totally embarassed to the point of humiliation in front of his parents, wouldn't even DREAM of saying or doing ANYTHING in front of them. give him time, he'll open up.

Aww sorry bout that... but it could have been so much worse

maybe you just need to get to know eachother better, or maybe he was nervous... who knows?

Why don't you give him another chance unless you had a truly awful time.


And my problems don't have to be top priority so don't worry about it... I think I'll live

the very fact that he didn't "try anything" and that makes you sad means that he wasn't "perfectly fine!" he's probably petrified. and also, considering he asked you out, he's probably not sure you return his feelings. you should suggest another date. and then just grab his hand, girl! be a modern woman, don't make the guy do all the work!

insomniak - Do you like him for the right reasons? At he paid for your ticket - it shows that he's polite and chivalrous. Why do you not think there will be a second date? Does he seem JNTIY?

I like him because he's cute, smells good, not a player (one of my friends is very good friends with him and knows this) and is really cool to talk to all night, literally. On New Year's we hung out from like ten to six am. He just didn't act like he liked me at all on this date and I'm confused.
