No, Tiff, you're confusing the skort with a spork. To answer the original question, a skort is a skirt with built in shorts under it.

Hold up, li'l' missy, I've seen quite a few good skorts in my day. To be truthful, I still own one. It's hot too- it's a mini-skort, bright pink, and very sporty.
