Why, because she's a religious, good person?
there must be a straight line from sitcom fame to god.
first mike seaver then dj tanner then blair warner.
i'm not even mentioning tommy bradford or the other converts.
Blair's God Crazy
am i good enough to go to heaven?
What about Buddy from Charles in Charge? He kicked a cocaine habit after reading a John Belushi biography and now he's Bibleman the superhero...literally!

That Way of the Master site pissed me off. It asks me first if I'm a Christian. I put "no". It says everyone thinks they're good. But am I good enough to go to Heaven? Does it really matter? Even if I live according to their 10 Commandments, I'm still banished to hell anyway for not believing in this god. Then it asks me to read the first commandment (putting God above all else) and asks if I do this. Well, no, dumbass, didn't I answer that I'm not Christian? Trick question. Looks like I'll be in the land of the perma-tans with George Hamilton!

Ugh! All of those sites are annoying. I'm glad they have found religion and are happy. What bothers me is the preachy approach and the way others who do not share their beliefs are belittled.
Exactly. If you beleive in Jesus and want to live as a Christian (whatever that means?) than fine, but please dont sound brainwashed or preachy and belittle others by telling them they'll go to hell if they don't follow too.
someone needs to dig up their copy of Dogma....
I don't care what religion you are... if it makes you happy, and you have found a way to live your life, that;s great... just don;t try to push it on other people.
Dig up SAVED while you're at it, that movie was hysterical.
Saved kicked ass

wow, i'm so dumb. i never even noticed the last name connection. no wonder i didn't get into college! Hahaha jk jk.
saved is AWESOME!! i loved it. some people sitting around me didn't get why i thought it was so funny...maybe it's because i've been to christian rock festivals (as a non-religious person..if you really wanna hear the story PM me, haha!) so i can appreciate some of the weirdness...but i thought it was hilarious!!

This thread puts me in mind of one of the best South Park episodes EVER.
Ok this is too strange - what is up with the child stars? Anyone remember the robot girl from Small Wonder? ...something makes me feel I'm showing my age with that question. Scroll down once you clicked the link if you can't already guess what show she sang "Say yes to Jesus" on. This one is personal cause I auditioned for that show with the girl who played Harriet, the girl cast to play the annoying girl neighbor.

I remember Small Wonder, that was such an awful show, I loved it at the time though.
I can't get over how crazy these sites are, these people pushing their narrow little ideas of God, its just so annoying. I'm in Seminary, granted its Union (the ultra liberal seminary)and I'm a Unitarian Universalist, but these types of people always make me really think twice about having anything to do with religion at all.
I want to ask that stupid Kirk Cameron program to answer a few questions like "Are we loving our neighbor as ourself" by casting judgement on everyone, who made that the only way to see God.
When people start living in communities with respect for each other and embrace our differences, when people don't have to hide their sexuality, when there are not homeless people dying on the streets, then we are living in a Godly world. This ridiculous nonsense is just getting in the way.
Sorry for the rant, there are some things that just get to me, :) I'm feeling much better now.
I remember Small Wonder. The theme song is... wonderfully depressing twenty years later.
Here's my contribution:
Rath, which "South Park" is that?
Tiff: Whoo! Party in Hell! Be there or be square! I'll bring the sodee-pop!
"Small Wonder" scared the hell out of me.
Candace Cameron Bure's testimonial nearly put me in a diabetic coma.
Are you concerned that someone you love is going to HELL?
Then click on the link below and let's get started!
The Way of The Master
I liked Kirk Cameron better as Mike Seaver. I love how his whole website it set up for you have to buy something to learn how to talk to other people about God. If he was so concerned about other people going to hell, shouldn't he be sending this stuff away for free?
He must be a hypoChristian.
