well, technically, Captain_Obvious it is a bit more safe to perform oral sex on someone you have just met using a condom, because you don't know their sexual history. even if they tell you they are negative or they don't have any STDs it's likely they could have any combination of the two based on the fact that they probably have sex often and even one partner between being checked can be the difference between nagative and positive. so it's morally and ethically safer to perform oral sex using a condom, unless you are in a monogamous relationship, therefor it is quite pleasant to have a flavored condom as latex just doesn't taste very good by itself...
