Obviously, this all coincides with her book release.

How does the twit think she could win? Donald Trump decided to keep her and it's clear she broker her contract and did not fulfill her obligations. This is all very well documented,which I wonder if they anticipated this move on her part.What some will do for attention.

But she didn't pose topless. It was the wind, remember? God blew her a kiss and her tits fell out (same tits that were paid for by the organization she is suing by the way).That's her excuse.We must remember, Carrie is the victim here.

This all has to do with timing.She was going to proceed with this a month or so ago, but feared it would be too soon, the case would come and go and there would be a window where her name was not in the headlines. Now, by time things get underway it will be in time for her book to be released. This twit is SO PREDICTABLE!

I'm surprised "The View" didn't invite her to sit in for Elisabeth while she's on maternity leave! They've jumped the shark with so many other pseudo-celebs (ie., Kate Gosselin) Trump will destroy her in a lawsuit! (wow- I can't believe I will be on his side)

Donald Trump is the ONLY ONE not mentioned in the suit.
