Cate Blanchett in MANIFESTO

Drop whatever you are doing and buy a ticket to MANIFESTO, an installation/film?/"experience"/life changing revelation at Park Avenue Armory. Cate Blanchett plays 12 different roles in 12 short films, all projected gorgeously (at the same time on an endless loop) on enormous screens. The space will take your breath away. I hear they are editing it down into a film for Sundance but there is NO way this experience can be translated properly. I suppose you can make it into a linear film (and it should be documented) but do yourself a favor and experience this the way it is made to be experienced. I won't say too much because there is such a spectacular and utterly gorgeous "moment" that must be seen and heard to be believed. I audibly gasped and my jaw was on the floor for most of my time there. It's only running through January 8th, I believe. I'm already considering going back. I hope you guys go experience it so we can discuss. Wow, I am still buzzing!!! They will be talking about this one for many years to come.
