I absolutely love this! I make my own (I swear, I have Jewish blood in me somewhere!) and enjoy it on rye bread.

Too bead it's reeking of cholesterol!

I think good chopped liver rates right up there with good sex. Damn the cholesterol! Once in awhile it is good to eat. I like it on rye with a thick slice of onion.
