This has probably been posted before, but who cares?
Hands down, the best Liza imitation ever.
Forbidden Liza One-Note
I LOVE Christine Pedi!
But I think the original Liza One Note, Linda Strasser, is still the best.
You can hear a clip on Amazon.
Another One Note
I just adore Christine Pedi. This is one of my all time favorite YouTube videos:
And I Am Telling You
It's hard to tell who's the bist...really the BIST!
I've seen Christine Pedi live three or four times and I am always entranced.
Pedi's Bernadette is wonderful. Her Lansbury is uncanny.
The first time I saw her Bernadette it took me a moment, but when I realized who it was, I was just amazed.
JG2, me too! Which is a huge part of its appeal. It's so not obvious--and then you realize it's perfect.
I always thought Liza was the best Liza ever.
She's not dead yet!
Listen to her on the Forbidden Hollywood Album!
"I always thought Liza was the best Liza ever."
Nah, Pedi is better.
Who knew Lansbury was so ripe for parody? Pedi is the best! Her Nancy Grace in NEWSical was phenomenal.
As an impersonator, Pedi always delights because she so obviously loves these women.
She reminds me of an impersonator I loved when I was growing up: Marilyn Michaels, here doing Merman, Connie Francis, Garland and Streisand, which was her specialty.

I love Miss Michaels. Daphne Davis was also very good. She worked in Las Vegas in the 80s.
Okay raise your hand if you thought Corine started this thread?
I love Pedi too.
I love Mario Cantone as Liza and the guy that did her in Easter bonnet from When Pigs Fly 10,000 years ago.
