Posted: 3/9/07 at 9:46amThat had to be one of the funniest will readings I've seen in a while. Luke did look snazzy in that suit!

Posted: 3/9/07 at 10:01amI hate the new young jerkoff in town...Coop's friend/ex-army buddy. He keeps talking about his long lost father. Would be pretty funny if it were Luke or Scotty.

Posted: 3/9/07 at 10:03amI hate all these new young guys. Spinelli, Coop, Coop's idiot friend.

From this past week's TV Guide:
"Put away the hankies. The February 27 death of General Hospital's Alan Quartermaine isn't quite as tragic as it seems. The beloved doc, played by Emmy winner Stuart Damon, succumbed to heart failure, but he will be back on the soap again starting March 8-- as a wisecracking ghost. This is no quickie stint. Damon, a 30-year GH vet whose apparent firing had viewers and costars in an uproar, will be around for the foreseeable future. "We're going to keep Alan a very viable character," says head writer Bob Guza. Alan will return to haunt his sister, Tracy (Jane Elliot), because she screwed with his will. When that's resolved he'll decide to stay. Guza admits this is tricky stuff. "GH has never had great luck with the supernatural -- remember Casey, the space alien? - so we want to relly ground this story," he says. "There will be no ethereal, ghostly trappings. Alan will lounge around the Quartermaine mansion in a sweat suit. Only Tracy will be able to see and hear him. The comedic possibilities are very cool."
If everyone was in such an uproar, why didn't they do away with killing Alan off completely? They could've done rewrites in the time the news was announced to when he actually died.

I don't know. It was funny once - but to keep bringing a ghost back is just stupid.
I watched Friday's show on SoapNet today, and twenty minutes before the end, they showed (in a promo) the judge announcing that Ric won custody!! Right before it happened in context!! WHYYYYYY do they do sh*t like that? WHHHHHYYYYYY?????

Will be interesting to see how they keep this ghost thing "fresh". Do you remember Casey? Cute guy, but ugh.
You should send them an e-mail. Probably won't do anything, but they should know people aren't pleased.

Casey must have been during my Leslie Boycott time.
I've sent an email to SoapNet before, to ask them to stop posting the chyrons with what's about to happen. That was years ago, and they're still there.

Coop's d--khead friend is SO Scotty's son. Just remember who called it, gals.

Explains why he's a d*ckhead.
I was wondering why Boobie didn't seem bothered by the fact that Scott was trying to befriend Lulu.

Does this Logan know who his father is? I got the impression that he was in Port Charles to track him down, but that he knew his father. And he's already been face to face with Scott, right? But I think I missed a show in there somewhere...
In any case, if he's not Scott's son, my money's on Noah Drake.

lol. I guess "Boobie" wasn't a typo.
Bobbi's brain got sucked out somewhere in between the (fourth? fifth?) face lift, the cheek implants and the jaw coutouring. Jackie Zeman was once a DROP DEAD GORGEOUS woman! I'll never understand how such a great looking person could go so far with plastic surgery. It's easier to understand (although still disturbing) when the not-so-hots get addicted (Joan Rivers), but when a naturally beautiful woman winds up disfiguring her face you are past the point of routine Hollywood nip/tucks.

Allie, I thought he didn't know who his dad was, but you could be right. I think they're absolutely setting it up to be Scott. And there are the other parallels...Scott chasing after Laura, Spawn of Scott chasing after Lulu.
Wonder who his mom is?

It was not a typo.
See, Denise is still naturally beautiful! And they hide her beauty. And explain to me why someone who hasn't lived in New York for 40+ years still says "awl".

The last thing on Leslie's mind now is where her eyeliner is. She has to move out of that charming little house to make room for Lucky, Liz and Jason's kid. "Oh, grandma WANTED to move to an apartment on 4th Street."
Yeah, right.

Die, Spinelli!
There are no words. HORRIBLE character. Even worse actor. I wanted to knock over my television set last night.

Oh, how I hate him.
Sam is looking gorgeous these days.
Yesterday was a slow and boring day in Port Charles. We need Dead Alan to liven things up a bit.
#1394re: Classic General Hospital
Posted: 3/13/07 at 11:50amWell, there was that bit of drama between Scotty, Luke and the judge. That should be an interesting turn of events if Scott gets named Laura's guardian.

Posted: 3/13/07 at 12:05pmWhat really gets me about the whole Alexis/Ric thing is that Ric brought up all that crap about Alexis keeping Sonny's daughter from him and stuff. What about Ric's past? Did he not kidnap Carly and keep her locked in a panic room?!

Right, Allie?
I'm very confused - why did we have all that uproar from the co-stars about Damon being fired, when in fact, he's staying on indefinitely as a...GHOST?

How many days is Ric going to call in sick? I have a feeling he's gonna be really overwhelmed. He was secretly hoping to get back together with Liz for a built-in Mommy figure for Molly. Did you see the look on his face when he found out about the marriage to Lucky?!
