Where are they going with this "looks like Noah rock star" storyline?! I wonder if we'll be treated to Rick Springfield rockin' out soon. RobbO might have to start DVRing the show again.

I'm watching ABC Reveals SoapNets Sizzling Summer Secrets which was on Friday. Seems like this new doctor and the three nurses were brought on for that new GH spinoff Nightshift.

Will Noah be playing that guy, bdwaygirl?

The new doctor creeps me out. Maybe it's just the combo of the bad hair with his strong facial features. It's like I think he's hideous now, but if he cut his hair he'd have a shot at being handsome.

Is rock star man supposed to be Stan's father? I wonder if that's where they were going with Epiphany's tales of her 14 year old groupie days.

And why was Noah all that-guy-wasted-his-life-with-rock'n'roll-nonsense crap? Don't they know Noah used to be the doctor musician? These producers have no respect for backstory or classic characters.

I'm glad Jason took a break from the hair gel.

Still hate Sonny, but I'm loving Kate Howard.

I don't know if he's getting a double gig. I just thought they might since the pic in the paper they showed him was a real pic of Rick Springfield.

I'm looking forward to it. Anything that gives me more of Jason Thompson is a good thing! Anyway, it's only once a week. I already set up Boob's DVR for it. Hm. I think I forgot to tell him that.

I'll check it out but I have a feeling it may suck. That's why they bought on that new doctor and the three bimbo nursing students. All four of them are horrible actors. And I think Lainey and Stan--whom I despise--will be on the show. I think Kim Mc Cullough is a bad actress and she is Uta Hagen compared to those twits.

Of course I'll check it out, though.

Not yet. I don’t have SoapNet. I’ve set it up on my friends' DVR, so I’m not sure when I’ll get to see it. I keep forgetting to mention to him that I did that.

I’ll probably like it. I don’t seem to have a problem with the same things you guys do. Hopefully, I’ll get to see it some time this weekend.

It's just that there's no continuity between the storylines on this show and GH (but the characters are the same). It doesn't make any sense.

Groupie Anna was adorable.

Kristina is gorgeous and a natural and deserves far more screen time. That grotesque little Michael is on way too much. But since he's Carly's spawn he is treated like gold. Blech!

Jason's hair is darker, but it is also FEATHERED! I still prefer it to his gelled, Vanilla Ice spikes.

I love Kate Howard.

I am loathe to admit it, but I watch GH religiously, and I'm so angry with this show (and subsequently, angry that I'm angry about a soap opera) right now, I don't even know how to express it.

First Sam sleeps with Rick, then she watches as Jason's baby is kidnapped? Did they switch writers? Is someone smoking crack? Even the actress playing Sam thinks these story lines are insane and completely out of character.

Just had to get that off my chest.

Then they'd better give a decent storyline. I've started fast forwarding through anything with him. I used to only fast forward thorough Em, Liz and Lucky. At this rate, it'll only take me about 15 minutes to get through the whole show!
