What's your favorite? Mine's a cape cod.

Cosmo, or SoHo, or Bellini. And a blow job once in a while never killed me.

re: Cocktails

"Capecod" is so pretentious (no offense Obvious) I just hate when people order one from me. I don't get why people cannot just say "I'll have an Absolut and Cranberry Juice." or even "Vodka/Cran"

When I used to drink, mine would be a Raspberry Stoli Cosmo on the Rocks, or an Apple Martini.
"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive. "Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot." "No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one." Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

Wow...I neve realized I was being pretentious. I love Cape Cods. Also enjoy just rum and coke.

re: Cocktails

Okay, Tiff, that actually sounds scrumptious.

CO, aren't you 18? Is it legal for you to know so much about cocktails?

re: Cocktails

I don't know anything about alcohol but ever since sex and the city I've always wanted to try a cosmopolitan.

re: cocktails

i see, tiff. ok, that's just another trend today that i don't get and don't particularly care for, curmudgeon that i am, shots that require more than one component and more than one glass. a shot to me is one type of liquor in a shot glass drank in one gulp. i've been out a few times with my 22 yr-old nephew and his buddies and end up with a sugar high more than a buzz what with all the jaeger bombs and four horsemen and drunken teenage girls without underwear...oops, that last one's not really a drink.

re: cocktails

appletinis, blue margaritas, midori sours, long island iced tea...I can only really drink cocktails. Surprisingly, the best appletini I've had in a LONG time is at Fridays now.

re: cocktails

Rath, I may be 18, but my house has had a full liquor cabinet ever since I was like five. I know about alcohol. But since I am 18, I pretty much drink at home, where the party's are great.

re: cocktails

I don't drink, but if I ever start, pina coladas will be my downfall. I LOVE coconut! And chocolate martinis... not sure what that includes, but anything chocolate is great!

re: cocktails

Papa, in a drunken haze I once made a shot involving a mixture of hard liquor and creamy alcohols. I didn't realize that whilst letting it sit for a bit, the cream would start to coagulate so when I started to sip it before tossing it back, there were cottage-cheese-like clumps that got stuck in my teeth and throat.

So I hear you on keeping it straight and pure.

Stoli Razz and Tonic and appletinis with good vodka (stoli or grey goose preferably). Most vodka drinks strike my fancy, as long as it's good vodka!
