Well my (and Taz's) college just got a football team for the first time EVAH this year! I was there for the festivities for the season opener this past weekend (couldn't get tickets to the game) and it was CRAZY fun! Won our first game! We won't see them on TV because they are in the lowliest division but.....GO MONARCHS!

I'm not too big of a college football fan and don't have any particular loyalties but there were some good games this weekend. My poor state was not properly represented...i think the Rutgers players forgot to show up.

Stockard, Grand Canyon University in Phoenix is bringing back football in 2010 for the first time in 70+ years.......they are marketing it as being undefeated for 70+ years, lol
