Stepsister's Lament from Cinderella is pretty humerous.
Baby Dream Your Dream from Sweet Charity...it's not THAT comedic, at least not at the end, but if acted out a certain way, it can be very funny.
Marry the Man Today from Guys and Dolls.
Class from Chicago, but that's a little innapropriate.
The Grass is Always Greener from Woman of the Year.

well, I suppose "What is this Feeling?" from Wicked, because you could just take out the part with the other students.
Not funny, but "I Know Him So Well" is a beautiful duet.
"What You Don't Know About Women" from City of Angels
If momma was married from Gypsy
If you add one more, you could do MAMA I'M A BIG GIRL NOW!! I love this song! :) I find it very cute! :)
'Loathing' From Wicked. My friend Ashley and I perform that song all of the time. I'm Elphaba and she's Galinda. We get a laugh from it all of the time... It's a great song for two girls...

Urgh, please, spare people the Wicked. Perhaps "A Very Nice Prince" from Into The Woods could be very comedic, same with "If Momma was Married" from Gypsy.

Does "There's Always A Woman" from Anyone Can Whistle count?
Actually, a friend and I did What is this Feeling from Wicked and we got great feedback from it. Even if you don't like the play (which I do) you have to admit that it's a funny song and is really fun to sing. Especially if you dress up and act it out right. Good luck!
definately have to agree with Marry the Man Today and Stepsister's Lament. GREAT songs!

Wicked is already so overdone. Lay off the Wicked.
I would definitely recommend "Marry the Man Today" from Guys and Dolls. It's a classic and it's not too overdone. It's the first one I thought of.
The grass is always greener from Woman of the Year

"The Apple Doesn't Fall Very Far"... from "The Rink" is a show-stopper number

What about "We Make Beautiful Pair" from Shenendoah or "Past My Prime" from Lil Abner.
Two cd's I would suggest buying... Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner's Duets and Unsuspecting Hearts.

first one I thought of was marry the man today. It's hilarious when done right.
