When I think of Sweeden, the first thing to come to mind is meatballs - and somehow, that just doesn't seem appropriate.
Your choice to embrace love, in spite of the obstacles, is inspiring and humbling. Many, MANY blessings to you, and may your happiness grow exponentially.
Congrats!

Wishing the beautiful brides a lifetime of love and happiness!
Wow! Thank you so much, friends! What a wonderful, hilarious day. Our ceremony was all goofed up. It must have been the judge's first same sex ceremony and she was not used to delivering it in English. (We cleared ALL of the information beforehand and even sent a gender non-specific script we wanted used, which she ignored.) She said, "Through the years, your love will give you strange!" (She meant strength) and called us spooses instead of spouses. She asked, "Amber, will you take... to be your wife?" She just skipped Cami's name all together. Then she said, "Camilla, will you take Amber to be your husband...?" She stopped and apologized. Then, after asking if we could start over or just edit the tape later, she just said, "Will you take Amber to be your... I can't say husband!" the second time. Cami gritted her teeth, smiled and said, "Just say wife!" She never managed to. We did both get our I dos out, though. lol We got home, cut our cake, poured some champagne, crawled into bed and watched the ceremony howling with laughter.
My mom said that perfect ceremonies were bad luck anyway. She said theirs was fast and lame and they've been married 36 years now. lol

I think that's great - starting out with champagne and laughter sounds like the PERFECT launch for a marriage!
And I'm going to start calling the TinMan my 'spoose', just because.
That's a great story! Again, congrats and enjoy your new time as wife and wife!

You will certainly remember your ceremony thanks to the "goofs".
Mazel Tov to you both -- wishing you many years of joy and love!
OK, if anything like that happened at a wedding ceremony I attended I would be having the 'church giggles' and badly. It's good to laugh back at it. Again, congratulations.
