Posted: 10/8/10 at 3:19pmI thought they lived in LA. And the problem I was having was my own. I immediately thought it meant he and his partner had been married by a judge, but I'm guessing it has to do with legal guardianship of their child - which is certainly cause for celebration!

Yes, that's what it is. He and Jamie were married back when it was legal. They've been foster parenting a boy, and today they were granted full custody.
