Pope Sunshine's smiling face and "who am I to judge" evasions were only going to last for so long before the ugly truth came out -- he's just as much a bigot as any other Pope. So much for all that Papal PR.

I thought this was going to be about Dick Pope, who rightly says about the whole "Dick Poop" thing that the announcer made a simple mistake that wasn't a big deal and he doesn't understand what all the fuss is about.

He has also rallied against same-sex marriage, inviting representatives from listed hate groups to a ‘traditional marriage’ conference last year, and recently urged Slovakians to vote against equal marriage.
You know what Mr. Pope? Keep your faux respect.

That is modern Catholicism in a nutshell, and it predates this pope. Practitioners see what they want to see and ignore the rest.
