Posted: 12/17/05 at 2:49pmI hate, hate, hate when people use the word "siloed" to talk about someone who isn't being a team player. "Oh, "J" just does his own thing, he's so siloed in his position. He needs to peek out and join the rest of us". Aaargh!

I guy I dated was siloed quite often, but that was something we both looked forward to.
Is it just me, or does having someone siloed in his own position at work sound like an invitation for a closed-door ring toss game?
