The only way Marty would possibly be game is if this film would fund either the Teddy Roosevelt/Sinatra biopics that have been stalled or Boardwalk Empire on HBO (the budget for the pilot alone was $50 million dollars). He is at his least creative (remaking Cape Fear, Color of Money) when he is more invested in his next ambitious project.
