Excuse my puns. I just got home from THE RITZ. A STEAMY. SEXY. SILLY. SEDUCTIVE evening of theater. If you want to laugh, The Ritz will entertain you. I admit to adoring campy, kitchy silly shows. The Ritz is very silly but also a very engaging evening if you love silly farce.
The best moments of the show were written by Seth Rudetsky. Two very funny numbers. One for GOOGIE GOMEZ(Rosie Perez) who plays an over-sexed, non talented singer in a gay sex house.(The Baths in the late 70's) His number was a campier version of many Forbidden Broadway acts all rolled into a sure fire hysterical riot.(My favorite part of the show well, second to the beautiful view in towels)
This show is very sexy and yes I am a single woman so this show did make my eyes open wide.
If you are a gay man or a straight woman who loves to laugh one can not stop smiling after the very entertaining and sexy joyfest called THE RITZ.
This show is for adults 18 and up. It will open your eyes and make you laugh if you have a sense of humor and go in with an open mind. It is strictly entertainment and could give you a heart murmur.
If you like Forbidden fruit and HAPPY ENDINGS take a chance.

By way of clarification: Palpitations. Excitement can cause palpitations.
Leaky valves in the heart cause heart murmurs. It's a medical condition that has nothing to do with giddy sexual stimulation. Or excitement.

Last time I saw a Playgirl was in 1993 or so, so I'm not sure if things have changed, but they didn't show boners then, if that sort of thing is important to you.
