I personally love language. And I love getting the perfect word for that perfect fit. There's nothing more satisfying than a perfectly-worded sentence. And this DOES include curse words. Sometimes they are just the words that fit. However, I don't curse a whole lot. And it does bother me when it's done excessively in public. That just makes me think, "Don't you have anything better to say?"

I swear far too often in normal conversation... But I do know when NOT to do it.

Well , since this thread was started in my honor, I will respond.

Prehaps we should start a thread about people who intentionally bait people with topics that they know will piss the other person off. But I guess that's acceptable in a society where the 'cool people' are always in the right.

Prehaps, if a person who we have decided we don't like starts a thread, we should hijack it and start a conversation about politics which we know will be in offense of the person who started the thread or better yet, we should change the thread into a discussion about lewd sexual acts with no consideration about the young people, as long as we don't sue any bad words.

Perhaps, you shouldn't spend so much of your time on a message board getting hot and bothered about the things that others post -- whether they are directed at you or not.

What you don't realize is that I'm old enough to have mastered the fine art of multi-tasking....
