Posted: 8/16/07 at 10:16amI think curtain calls can go either way. They are either really thrilling and satisfying for everyone involved, or they can be really akward and uncomfortable. There is a distinct difference between "You were amazing and we couldn't wait to congratulate you" and "I'm uh applauding because I should." As an actor, I think it also depends on how you felt about your performance.

Oooh, I love my individual bow and the applause that comes with it.
Especially great if the applause spikes a little bit, that's the best feeling.
