Oh god...the thing they had me on hold with was the same message--it was about 3 minutes long...repeated over and over. "Have you heard about our award winning..." that kind of stuff. it made being on hold VERY annoying. That's just asking for angry customers.
and I'm starting to think vbplayer doesn't like me.
