What is the "Emmy Incident"?????? I've heard some about it, but I'm not for sure what it is......but I'd like to know!

One year he won the Emmy and thanked all the other nominees including "Jack" from Will & Grace and right after saying Sean's name he added, "...oh that's right he wasn't nominated, but he should have been." (or something like that.)

That's the only incident I recall.
