Bush is really pushing the limits here- he's totally interrupting! (I think that Kerry has also done it once or twice)

Even if Bush *does* understand more than it seems like he does, his lack of clarity and his inability to support his statements make him someone I don't WANT meeting and negotiating with other countries in sensitive meetings. Good grief, if he can't look better than this during a debate where the rules gave him the advantage and he knew the topic in advance and has been prepping for a week.... well, the possibilities are terrifying.
