I've never seen Degrassi because I don't get the channel 
I've heard that it's amazing, though!

I adore Joey ..he has stuff on ebay from time and time and answers all your emails haha. I also love Caitlin because she was my fav when i was little. But, I adore Ellie Nash and JAKEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE <33333333333 :) no..i'm not too obsessed.

The N frusterates me so much. Its about 7 episodes behind, and it edits some of them...
Plus its not basic cable.

It used to be on right after Ramona on Saturdays when I was a kid.
Spike was my favorite character, mostly because she had neat hair and brought her baby to class with her.
I think that Jake Epstein is gorgeous.
Other than that, I can't say I have a favorite character really...
They're all so compelling!
(My fave was Terri for a long time... Sad to see her leave Degrassi)

I ADORED Degrassi, I haven't watched any of the newer seasons.
I loved the twins.
Anyone remember Lucy (I think that's her name) making a horror movie. She got all upset because everyone laughed at it and she thought it was high drama?

We're talking about the original series, not the crappy "New Generation," right?
I grew up near the school where the original series was filmed. It was weird coming home to watch Degrassi and seeing the lives of the fictional students of that school.

Emma grew up to be beautiful (Miriam McDonald) She was sort of a mousey looking kid.
I know the season 1 dvd came out recently with edited stuff on it.. I hope they make the new season dvds without anything cut out.

The first season set is edited? I thought the set was the same set thats been released in Canada.
I have seen The episodes with Manny's pregnancy and abortion, and I don't see why The N had to cut it from the season. I think they're under contract to show the entire season 4 now , I'm just hopping they do so by next year...

I remember those episodes and I thought they were really good and informative. Didn't they show both sides of story. Or she was pro life but still went ahead with it?

Posted: 1/6/05 at 4:27pmSomething like that SWTaffy. I remember that Emma (since she and Manny used to be best friends, and she was the first person Manny talked to) and Craig were both pro-life. Emma always talked about how her mom was in the same position, and she was happy that her mom never got an abortion, etc. The show ended with her telling Craig that she didn't like Manny's desicion, but she had to let Manny do what was best for herself.
