you're kidding, right Austin? Have you never been to a Jewish deli, many sandwiches come with coleslaw on them.....quite wonderful

In the South, cole slaw on a hot dog is typical.
I like a Sloppy Giuseppe: Half ground beef, half Italian sausage, browned, then simmered in marinara sauce with onions adn green peppers. Put on an Italian roll with some shredded mozzerella on top.
